Situation
Each department did their own thing and we had different booth structures and graphics floating all over the country. We had employees piecing together booths and tracking down collateral right up to and after show openings.
We knew Boise Paper Solutions had limited brand exposure at paper trade shows, but we didn't know which trade shows to attend. We realized that tradeshows were essential for product promotion, but staff time was limited.
Solution
With MEM we were able to take a much more strategic view and consolidate the graphics for consistency sake. We opened up new and more sophisticated booth structure options that better met our overall needs.
Because MEM has experience and access to assets that we don't, we have been able to be flexible from show to show while working within a framework that has elements of consistency.
Main Event Marketing recommended which trade shows would be worth attending. They produced and managed both our large and small booths promoting a variety of our Boise products.

Results
Boise has attended over 16 shows in the past four years using MEM designed booths and booth management skills.

Even when our needs changed from show to show, MEM put proposals together that captured the look and feel that were consistent, but with innovative structural options that better fit the new needs.
