Situation
Community Resources put on a fund raiser for the Denver Public School System. Unfortunately, our limited budget didn't leave any room for costly mistakes.
Solution
MEM put together a comprehensive budget to determining what pieces needed to be donated, where could sponsorship help and what items would have to be paid for with cash.
MEM kept us in line. At each planning session, MEM briefed us on what donated items we had received, what money we had spent and what was left to purchase.
Results
400 teachers attended the presentation. The attendees were able to focus on the topic and the quality of the presentation because the meeting was so well organized and went so smoothly. They could relax, enjoy and learn from the day.
And the Denver Public School System received a $46,000 donation. That is huge!
